I teach busy people how to live healthier in a simple and manageable way. I founded Twisted Lotus Yoga & Wellness after decades of being ill, exhausted, and out of balance. I became a certified health coach and yoga teacher after a decade of eating healthy and learning anything I could about wellness. See, I suffered from illnesses most of my life. I had bronchitis or upper respiratory infections three to five times a year, picked up viruses faster than anyone around me, and seemed to have a cough 90% of the year. It wasn’t until my late 20s that I realized this is no way to live. I found a functional medicine doctor who discovered my thyroid issue and intolerance to gluten (and other foods) and my life was changed for the better forever.

Over the past decade I have researched, studied, and learned as much as I could for my own health and wellness, but also for others. Friends and family would turn to me with health questions and I loved it. I loved it so much that I knew I wanted to help even more people. I want to help those busy perfectionists, overachievers make their health a priority.
